A New Search Engine: MegaGlobe

Get ready. A new search engine will soon to be launched which will offer Google some stiff competition. The new search engine - MegaGlobe is now accepting Websites to be indexed. I have submitted the URL of all the blogs I am running. If you have a blog or a website, I would encourage you to do the same thing. MegaGlobe is expected to go into beta testing soon.

A good reason to use MegaGlobe when it is launched is that it will be available in 45 different languages.

For advertisers, MegaGlobe will be using a revolutionary patent pending technology called "Pay Per Valid Click” which will now protect its advertisers from invalid (previously called fraudulent) clicks which is plaguing Google AdSense. Google AdSense define invalid clicks as clicks generated through prohibited methods which include but are not limited to: repeated manual clicks, or the use of robots, automated clicking tools, or other deceptive software. Invalid clicks are also generated by the publishers clicking on ads in his own sites, encouraging others to click on the ads, etc. (This will get the publisher AdSense account suspended). How MegaGlobe is going to distinquish between invalid clicks and valid clicks have not been revealed by MegaGlobe yet, and unless they choose to reveal it, it will only be known if and when their patent is granted.

If the "Pay per Valid Click" technology works effectively, this will be a big incentive to use MegaGlobe giving advertisers far better value for money. Megaglobe is also a member of the prestigious Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), which includes Google, Yahoo! and MSN as you can confirm in its roster IAB General Members. A further incentive for advertisers to use MegaGlobe is its sponsored spots will be available in 50 currencies.

If you are a journalists and Webmasters (this will include all bloggers), you can obtain beta testing codes by emailing press@megaglobe.com.
